750 yds (5 Skeins) Recycled Silk
750 yds of Springy Capelli (or Kid Mohair)
Instructions are for size Small (Medium, Large)
Finished measurements:
Chest: 40"(42,45)
Length: 25" (25.5, 26)
US #10.5 or 11 Needles - to give correct gauge
US #8 for front band and neck
*Gauge: Stockinette Stitch 11 sts = 4" 13 rows = 4"
Note: Use One Strand of Recycled Silk And One Strand of Springy Capelli together throughout.

Back: With smaller needles, Cast on 55(59,62) sts. Work in K1, P1 rib for 1 3/4" Then with larger needles, work even in st.st. until 25"(251/2", 26") desired length. Bind off loosely.
Right Front: With smaller needles, cast on 27 (29,31) sts. Work in K1, P1 rib for 1 3/4" . Then with larger needles, work even in st. st. until 16" from beginning.
Neck shaping: (RS) Decrease 1 stitch at neck edge every 4th row 10 (9,9) times .17(20,22) stitches. Work even in pattern until same length as back. Bind off all stitches.
Left Front: Work as for right front reversing all shaping.
Sleeves: With smaller needles, Cast-on 25 (27, 29) stitches and working in K1, P1 rib for 1 3/4". Then with larger needles begin st st. and increase 1 stitch each end of every 4th and following 6th row until 53(57,59)stitches are on the needle. Work even without increasing until 21² (22²,22 1/2²) or desired length. Bind off loosely. Neck band: Sew shoulder seams, With circular needle and right side facing, pick up 160(164,168) stitches along right front to shoulder, across back neck and down left front and begin K1,P1 rib for 1 1/2" , at the same time on row 4 of rib make 5 buttonholes (yo,k2tog) evenly spaced along the right front band the first being 1/2 ³ from the bottom and the last just where the neck decreases begin. Bind off in pattern.
Finishing: Sew in sleeves. Sew side and underarm seams. Sew on buttons.
