Banded Wrap Cardi

Skill Level - Advanced Beginner

This wrap cardigan is simple to knit in rows on circular needles, but the glory is in the details - narrow bands of seed stitch control the rolled hems and edgings, set-in sleeves allow a close fit at the shoulders without cluttering the cardigan's clean lines, and occasional bright bursts of color keep things interesting for both the knitter and the lucky wearer. Designed by Mary Beth Temple.

Sizes: S (M, L, XL, 2X)

Yarn:  8 (8, 9, 9, 10) skeins Mango Moon Bulu Slate #5106 (Color A), 1 skein (all sizes) each Cobalt #5101 (Color B) and Copper #5102 (Color C)

Needles: Size 4 (3.5mm) circular needles, 29" or longer, or size required for gauge; 2 Size 4 (3.5mm) DPNs for I-cord

Gauge: 20 sts and 32 rows = 4" in st st after blocking
