Bust: 35
BACK
Using a provisional method, cast on 103 (111, 119, 127, 135, 143, 151) sts. Place markers in bottom edge 35 (39, 43, 47, 51, 55, 59) sts in from beg and end of needle, and at center of row. Beg St st and work until back measures 12"/30.5 cm from bottom edge, ending with a WS row.

Yoke: Next row (RS), k27 (31, 35, 39, 43, 47, 51), slip next 8 sts to dpn, slip next 8 sts to 2nd dpn. Hold 1st dpn with WS to WS of 2nd dpn, and RS of 2nd dpn to RS of next 8 sts on left hand needle. Knit tog the 1st st of all 3 needles, rep with rem 7 sts. Knit next st. Slip next 8 sts to dpn, slip next 8 sts to 2nd dpn. Hold 1st dpn with RS to RS of 2nd dpn, and WS of 2nd dpn to WS of next 8 sts on left needle. Knit tog the 1st st of all 3 needles, rep with rem 7 sts. Knit to end – 71 (79, 87, 95, 103, 111, 119) sts.

Shape armholes: Work back and forth, beg St st and bind off 3 (4, 5, 5, 6, 6, 6) sts at the beg of next 2 rows – 65 (71, 77, 85, 91, 99, 107) sts. Cont dec 1 st at each edge alternating every row, then every other row 7 (8, 11, 14, 14, 14, 13) times – 14 (16, 22, 28, 28, 28, 26) dec total. Dec 1 st at each edge every other row 7 (7, 4, 1, 0, 0, 0) times, then every row 0 (0, 0, 0, 4, 7, 13) times – 23 (25, 25, 27, 27, 29, 29) sts rem. Back should measure approx 18 ½ (19, 19 ½, 20, 20 ½, 21, 21 ½)"/47 (48.5, 49.5, 51, 52, 53.5, 54.5) cm. Bind off rem sts.

Bottom Band: Remove provisional cast on and slip sts to smaller needles. Form pleats same as for yoke – 71 (79, 87, 95, 103, 111, 119) sts. Work 3 (3, 3, 3 ½, 3 ½, 3 ½, 3 ½)"/7.5 (7.5, 7.5, 9, 9, 9, 9) cm of garter st, end with a RS row. Bind off k-wise on WS.

SLEEVES
With larger needles, cast on 41 (42, 43, 44, 45, 46, 47) sts. Knit 3 rows. Next row (RS), beg St st and, AT THE SAME TIME, inc 1 st at the beg and end of every 6th row, 15 (14, 14, 12, 11, 8, 7) times, then 4th row 0 (2, 3, 6, 8, 12, 14) times – 71 (74, 77, 80, 83, 86, 89) sts. Work even until sleeve measures 17 ¾ (18, 18 ½, 18 ¾, 19 ¼, 19, 19)"/45 (45.5, 47, 47.5, 49, 48.5, 48.5) cm.

Shape cap: Cont St st and bind off 3 (4, 5, 5, 6, 6, 6) sts at beg of next 2 rows – 65 (66, 67, 70, 71, 74, 77) sts. Dec 1 st at each end alternating every row, then every other row 11 (10, 9, 8, 8, 7, 8) times – 22 (20, 18, 16, 16, 14, 16) dec total. With larger needles, cast on 48 (52, 56, 60, 64, 68, 72) sts. Knit 3 rows. Next row (RS), k5, then turn. Slip 1st st and tighten slightly, purl back to front edge. Next row, k10, then turn. Slip 1st st and tighten slightly, then purl back to front edge. Cont working in this manner, working 5 more sts at end of every RS row 6 (7, 7, 8, 8, 9, 10) more times, ending with a WS row. Work 1 row over all sts. Work even until front measures 13 (13 ¼, 13 ¾, 14 ¾, 15 ¼, 15 ½, 16 ¼)"/33 (33.5, 35, 37.5, 38.5, 39.5, 41.5) cm from bottom along front edge, ending with a WS row.
